We aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and timely delivery experience across the United Arab Emirates and selected international locations.
This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping times, delivery fees, and tracking procedures.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is confirmed and another once it has been shipped (with tracking details, if available).
2. Delivery Locations
We currently ship to:

All Emirates in the UAE — including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Selected international destinations (subject to shipping availability and rates at checkout).
If your address is in a remote area, additional delivery time or charges may apply.
3. Shipping Times
Domestic (UAE) Orders:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
International Orders:

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Please note:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or customs procedures.

Laverne is not liable for delays beyond our control but will assist in resolving courier-related issues.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected courier.

Free shipping may be offered for orders above a specified amount (displayed during promotions or on the checkout page).

Customs duties, VAT, or import fees (for international orders) are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier link via email or SMS.
You can track your order status anytime until it’s delivered to your doorstep.
If your tracking number isn’t active immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the courier to update the shipment status.
6. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery

Couriers will usually make two delivery attempts.

If unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us.

Re-delivery can be arranged; however, additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details.

We will assist in investigating and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve it and provide a replacement or refund.
8. Pre-Orders or Custom Orders
Pre-order or custom items may have longer processing times, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
You will receive updates via email once your item ships.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
Laverne is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

معالجة الطلبات

تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال 1–2 يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع.

الطلبات التي تُقدَّم في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات الرسمية تتم معالجتها في أول يوم عمل يليها.
مدة التوصيل

داخل الإمارات: 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

دوليًا: 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل تقريبًا (حسب الوجهة والإجراءات الجمركية).
رسوم الشحن

تُحسب رسوم الشحن عند الدفع حسب الوزن والموقع.

قد تُطبق عروض الشحن المجاني للطلبات التي تتجاوز مبلغًا محددًا.
-
الرسوم الجمركية أو ضرائب الاستيراد تقع على عاتق المشتري.
تتبع الطلب
سيتم إرسال رقم تتبع ورابط لشركة الشحن عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية بعد شحن الطلب.
العناوين غير الصحيحة أو الفشل في التسليم
يرجى التأكد من صحة عنوان التوصيل ورقم الهاتف.
في حال فشل التسليم بعد محاولتين، قد يتم فرض رسوم إضافية لإعادة الشحن.
الطلبات التالفة أو المفقودة
إذا وصل المنتج تالفًا، يرجى التواصل خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام مع صور واضحة.
سنقوم باستبدال المنتج أو رد المبلغ حسب سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد.
